Radiant Nutrition provides Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and nutrition counseling services delivered by licensed, registered dietitians (RD/LD) in the state of Texas. Services are available in-person at our Argyle, TX office or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Telehealth services are available to clients physically located in Texas at the time of service.
Our services do not constitute a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or physician care. We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our appointment and cancellation policies as outlined in the Client Services Agreement, including:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and check. For insurance clients, you are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and any balances not covered by your plan. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request under the No Surprises Act.
By providing your mobile phone number through our contact forms or scheduling systems and opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from Radiant Nutrition for appointment reminders, care communications, and promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
